A $2,500 reward is now being offered for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for Sierra's death, made possible through the Tommie Fund via Richmond Animal Care & Control. Family members of her devastated 87-year-old owner have said they will match that amount, bringing the potential reward to $5,000.
