In this video, I visit the Monroe Institute to try the Gateway Process.
In 2003, the CIA declassified a document called Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process investigating a training program designed to access altered states of consciousness for developing psychic abilities, remote viewing, and out-of-body experiences.
The Gateway Process comes from the Monroe Institute, a consciousness research center in rural Virginia founded by Robert Monroe, a radio executive who began having spontaneous out-of-body experiences and then dedicated his life to studying what was happening.
Robert Monroe went on to develop a sound technology called Hemi-Sync, designed to guide the brain into these altered states through specific audio frequencies.
In the late 1970s and early 1980s, U.S. intelligence programs began looking into the Monroe Institute and sent their personnel to train with Robert Monroe, most notably Joe McMoneaglem remote viewer 001 of Project Stargate, the CIA’s psychic spy program.
But what’s incredible, is that the Monroe Institute still exists today and continues to pioneer research in consciousness and train people in these methods, using their Monroe Sound Science technology.
I had been wanting to visit the Monroe Institute for many years, so when I was invited to go and experience their flagship program, the Gateway Voyage, I was 100% in.
So I spent a week at the Monroe Institute learning the Gateway Process… exploring altered states of consciousness and attempting to have an out of body experience.
During my week at the Monroe Institute, I also got to have a conversation with Joe McMoneagle himself.
