The series tagline for Pokemon is "Gotta catch 'em all". However, that's not exactly true. There are plenty of ways in the games to recruit team members without having to catch them in the wild. So, I posed myself this question: Just how many do you actually gotta catch, and how many can we obtain in other ways? The answer may surprise you.
