It has been a tough year for me, especially being my first year without competitive freestyle. With lack of motivation, struggles with mental wellbeing and lack of reasons to train, I didn't find as much time as I wanted for freestyle. As my injury still plagues my left groin, I can't do much of any lowers, which is why there aren't any in this video. Hopefully in 2025 I'll come back to lowers!
Anyway, hope it wasn't too repetitive, I will do better next year!
