One of the great rewards of keeping bees is the harvesting of the honey. With all the work that was put in to get to this point, seeing all those frames of honey coming into the honey house finally pays off. Because of the number of hive we have here at the abbey, a simple extractor and the uncapping methods that most beekeepers use just is not enough. It is for that reason I employee some commercial equipment to make the job faster and easier. I hope you enjoy watching the process once again. Thank you Jesus for our honey harvest!
