Description
Let me show you what it's like on the very first Waves of Pride cruise! It's an intimate, community-focused LGBTQ+ getaway. Unlike traditional all-gay cruises that charter entire ships, Waves of Pride brings together a smaller group of travellers who get exclusive access to drag shows, theme parties, and the freedom to enjoy the full regular cruise ship experience alongside everyone else on board. Over five days in the Caribbean I'm diving into drag brunches, partial pool takeovers, sailor & neon themed parties, and new connections that make this cruise feel less like a massive event and more like a celebration with new friends. If you've ever wondered what Pride looks like on the ocean, this is it!
Thank you to The Cruise Boys, powered by KVI Travel, for hosting me - they're doing another one in 2027: https://www.wavesofpridecruise.com

This is a great alternative to cruises that are put on my companies like Atlantis, VACAYA or Outbound if you're looking for something smaller where the entire ship isn't taken over by the gays! I also love going on those vacations, but this is a nice compromise between a fully LGBTQ holiday and one where you get a smaller group within an already planned general cruising experience. This one was on Virgin Voyages, but their next one will be on the Celebrity Apex!
