For either a repair, an upgrade, warranty, or return, if you need to send a turbocharger to us, you’ve probably heard about “requesting an RMA.” RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization, and it’s our way to track your product inside our facility. The RMA allows us to give you accurate updates on the status of your order once the turbo arrives at the facility and right before it leaves.
Never send a turbocharger to us without first requesting an RMA form! In this video, we explain a little bit about the RMA form process and how it works inside Precision Turbo.
