Dr. Thomas "Tommy" Oliver (b. October 20, 1979[1] as Thomas Marshall) is the longest-serving Power Ranger of all time. He started as a transfer student at Angel Grove High School who was brainwashed by Rita Repulsa to become the Green Ranger and fought the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, serving as the central antagonist of the five-part miniseries "Green With Evil". After the Rangers freed him from Rita's spell, Zordon created the White Ranger powers as a replacement for the depletion of the Green Ranger's energy, and the White Ninja Ranger of the Ninja Rangers.

Later when the team discovered the Zeo Crystal, Tommy was chosen to become Zeo Ranger V - Red of the Zeo Rangers.
During the events of Power Rangers Turbo, he becomes the first Red Turbo Ranger and leader of the Turbo Rangers; he eventually gave his powers to T.J. Johnson and retired as a Ranger.
Many years later, Tommy returns in Power Rangers Wild Force, leading a special mission with the Veteran Red Rangers against the remnants of the Machine Empire.
Years later, Tommy graduated from college, he discovered the Dino Gems and became a teacher at Reefside High School, becoming the Black Dino Ranger and mentor of the Dino Rangers.
Retroactively, he is also referred to as the Mighty Morphin Green Ranger or Green Mighty Morphin Ranger, Mighty Morphin White Ranger or White Mighty Morphin Ranger, as well as Zeo Red Ranger or Red Zeo Ranger, though these are in reference to the show, as opposed to proper labels. He has also been labeled Turbo Red Ranger, as well as the Dino Thunder Black Ranger or Black Dino Thunder Ranger, a variation on his in-show label.
Tommy also returns in Power Rangers Super Megaforce, leading the Legendary Rangers to help the Mega Rangers fight against the Armada and the remnants of Emperor Mavro's thousands of X Borgs.
Many years later, after Tommy formed his own family, he returned in Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel along with the other Legendary Rangers, helping the Ninja Steel Rangers against Lord Draven and his army of Robo Rangers.
Tommy Oliver, known as the Green Ranger and White Ranger, is a key character in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series. He also appears as the Red Zeo Ranger, Red Turbo Ranger, and Black Dino Thunder Ranger in different seasons. In the Boom! Studios universe, a version of Tommy exists. His character has led armies across dimensions, posing a threat to all Power Rangers.

Green With Evil

Tommy first introduced.
While he was a high school freshman, Tommy and his family moved to Angel Grove and he entered a martial arts tournament and fought Jason Lee Scott. They tied at 4-4 despite Jason being labeled "Angel Grove's finest [martial artist]" by the announcer but the fight had earned him Jason's respect. Tommy later scares Bulk and Skull away when they are harassing Kimberly, who was enamored by Tommy at first sight and invites him to hang out with her and her friends. However, Rita Repulsa notices Tommy's fight with Jason and realizes there is potential in the young man, leading her to kidnap him after testing him against the Putty Patrol. A spell that makes him completely obedient to her and using the secret sixth Power Coin - the Dragon Coin - she transforms Tommy into the evil Green Ranger. For his first mission, the Green Ranger, due to possessing a Power Coin, sneaks into the Command Center, downloads a debilitating virus into Alpha 5 and puts Zordon out of commission, leaving the Power Rangers without guidance. He then fights all five Power Rangers at once and easily defeats them before withdrawing, as Rita intended this as just a warning of things to come.  TV STORY-Out Of Control
The Dragonzord is the Zord linked to the Green Mighty Morphin Power Coin. Due to its unique construction and controls among the Dinozords, it was controlled at various points by Tommy Oliver, the Mighty Morphin Green Ranger; Jason Lee Scott, the Red Ranger; Tommy's clone, Tom Oliver; and several villains.
with the Mastodon, Triceratops and Saber-Toothed Tiger, it formed Dragonzord Battle Mode. Dragonzord could also combine with the Dino Megazord to form Mega Dragonzord. Finally, the Mega Dragonzord could join with Titanus to form Ultrazord, whose barrage of firepower was more than nearly all opponents could withstand.
