“I was inspired by the idea of the poetic body — a body that listens, responds, and remembers. For me, poetry lives in nature. And the thought of nature immediately reminds me how quickly it is disappearing before human greed. From this reflection emerged the movement research and the title Dust and Rain.
Rain represents nature — fragile, essential, and constantly under threat. Dust, on the other hand, represents concrete: the endless human construction that erases every trace of green. Wherever humans step, destruction follows.
This work explores the delicate balance between nature and the human ego: the constant tension between creation and destruction, between what gives life and what is buried beneath layers of cement.
The key words that inspired me are: ego – respect – silent scream – rage – bury – destruction.”
