We thought it would be interesting to see how a professional silat athlete is currently coping with the current COVID-19 situation. We managed to get some time with Singapore national athlete Sheik Ferdious. A current world champion in Class I (85-90kg).
Sheik Ferdous explains to us how he keeps fit during this lock down and we also have a brief chat on the new Pencak Silat rules and reminisce on fighters that have come and gone!
