I made a parallax pixelart stream loop for FrekkieMonster. I think this turned out rather well! More details below!
This was made in a simple mix using Aseprite for base pixel models and After Effects for the movement and the neon wording. You can get the neon effect for free from Creative Cow: https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/saber_plug-in/
