My original plan with this build was to scale the new Black Cane unique, however I found phantasms without major investment to be very lackluster in spawning and staying alive. So, I ended up falling back to a a Cold Iron Point and some adjustments to make a very comfortable and powerful Poison Blade Vortex Occultist with ever so nice chaos pops that can take on all the endgame!
