Description
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its weekly weather outlook released on Friday, July 17, that the southwest monsoon or "habagat" is expected to re-strengthen by late next week, while a low pressure area (LPA) may develop in the east of Luzon.
