With Conor McGregor headlining the event, the arena was packed with stars—and Paddy said his boxing coach pointed out Mike Tyson, Vince Vaughn, Mel Gibson, and Theo Von singing and dancing during his entrance.
“I thought, ‘There’s no way I can lose.’”
But once the cage door closed, Paddy said everything changed:
“There’s another man in front of me who is going to try and kill me, so I’m going to kill him first.”
Pimblett then defeated Benoit Saint Denis with a spectacular submission.
