We're kayak fishing Mag Bay in remote Baja, Mexico, cooking up fresh fish and sleeping on an uninhabited beach in the sweetest overland camping setup you've ever seen. Then we're packing up camp, heading across Baja California Sur to the Pacific and setting up camp on a new beach in front of a new ocean in search of a hotter bite near La Paz.
