« maintenant ». Oum compose une ode au présent dont chaque instant façonne le futur et s’inscrit dans l’éternel Abad.
Sortie en 2019 dans l’album éponyme, puis arrangée en 2024 par Tom McLeod pour l’orchestre symphonique de Nouvelle Zélande qui a reçu Oum en soliste pour une tournée à travers les villes de Wellington, Christchurch et Auckland, c’est aujourd’hui dans une version live, que Oum nous fait redécouvrir Daba dans son dernier album best of, Dakchi. Une célébration du présent en communion avec le public à Marrakech.
With this song titled Daba, “now” in moroccan dialect, Oum composes an ode to the present, each moment of which shapes the future and is part of the eternal Abad.
Released in 2019 in the eponymous album, then arranged in 2024 by Tom McLeod for the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra which received Oum as soloist for a tour through the cities of Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland, it's now in a live version, that Oum makes us rediscover Daba in her best of album, Dakchi. A celebration of the present in communion with the audience in Marrakech.
