This video is dedicated to my wife, Linda. My wife suffered a stroke November 28, 2018 and has lost her voice. Even though we both believe in God and love Him with all our hearts, we sometimes have a hard time with this. I miss all the times we would sit and talk for hours every day. It’s been a struggle for us both, but we know God will take care of us in His time. Psalm 43:5 ( Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.) is what we both hold on to mostly in this time. David wrote Psalm at the time he was struggling. Here in this song, he is struggling also and trying to comfort his soul. In the middle of the song, his soul answers back. As we all go through storms in life, there are times where we just want to give up, have doubts. And even when we feel alone, abandoned and think no one will understand out hurt, sorrow and pain, there is One that is always there for us. I hope this verse will come to use when ever you feel this way. Our God is Great and we thank Him for all He has done for us in the past, present and future.
