Fitted with either the Avinox M2S or M2 drive unit, and an entry price of £3,999, the new Nukeproof Kilowatt looks like it'll be a hit with UK riders. Both carbon and alloy frames are available, each delivering 150mm of travel with a 160mm fork. MX wheels are fitted across the range, although a flip-chip lets you fit a 29in rear wheel without upsetting the geo. The down tube accomodates an 800Wh battery in all but the size small, which gets a 600Wh unit. Four models are offered: two alloy and two carbon. The top Kilowatt Factory costs £7,999 and comes with Fox Factory suspension, Maven brakes, DT Swiss HX1700 wheels and Schwalbe Radial tyres. 4 sizes are available, S-XL, with reach measurements of 435, 460, 480, and 500mm. There's a 64º head angle and 450mm chainstays. Prices start at £3,999 for the Alloy Comp, next up is the Alloy Pro for £4,999, followed by the Carbon Expert for £6,499. Both carbon models come standard with the 12A fast charger. Availability is described as 'later in the year'.
