A Mississippi judge just said ARREST THEM. Judge Carlos Moore — there is ENOUGH evidence for arrests RIGHT NOW. And his logic is airtight: an accidental drowning wouldn't need a grand jury. The DA announced a grand jury — so something ain't clean in the milk, and THEY know it.
Meanwhile, the governor of Mississippi said it OUT LOUD: "I don't know all the facts" — then in the SAME breath, "I have yet to see evidence of foul play." He don't KNOW the facts, but he KNOWS it wasn't foul play. Make it make sense.
TMZ declared Nolan drowned BEFORE the autopsy. The brother's rant exposed the house them boys grew up in: "worthless Blacks," "it happens at Horn ALL THE TIME," and "he was with my brother that day ON MY BOAT." And while his mama plans to bury her son TOMORROW — somebody mailed HATE to her home address.
RACE WAS A FACTOR. A judge says arrest them. The governor says free them. The funeral is Monday.
