1. GO INTO SETTINGS/NETWORK SETTINGS
2. TEST INTERNET CONNECTION
3. JOT DOWN RESULTS TO SEE IF IMPROVES
4. GO TO SET UP INTERNET CONNECT
4. CHOOSE EITHER "USE WI-FI or USE A LAN CABLE"
5. CHOOSE CUSTOM
6. IF CHOSEN WIFI CHOOSE YOUR ROUTER NAME
7. LEAVE THE IP Address Settings ON AUTOMATIC
8. SET THE DHCP TO Do Not Specify
9. CHANGE DNS SETTINGS TO MANUAL
10. CHANGE PRIMARY DNS TO (Option 1: 206.67.222.222) or (Option 2: 8.8.8.8)
11. CHANGE SECONDARY DNS TO (Match to Option 1: 206:67:220:220) or (Match to Option 2: 8.8.4.4)
12. CLICK NEXT
13. LEAVE MTU ON AUTOMATIC
14. SET PROXY SERVER TO Do Not Use
15. TEST INTERNET CONNECT
16. HOPEFULLY, SHOULD HAVE IMPROVED
