설명

October 18, 1983.

Inside Apartment 120 at 3535 Cambridge Street, the life of 31-year-old Karen Hobbs McLaughlin was taken.

Karen was a hairdresser. A friend. A neighbor. A young woman building her life in Las Vegas.

She was found in her bedroom by her roommate. The Clark County Coroner’s Office determined she had been strangled and suffered blunt force trauma to her face.

There were no signs of forced entry. No robbery. Nothing disturbed.

Detectives believe the person responsible was someone Karen knew… someone she trusted enough to let inside.

More than 40 years later, the silence remains.

But this case is not closed.
Karen is not forgotten.

Someone knows what happened that night.
