On January 21, 1983, Fred Robert Sims, 49, disappeared after dining with his wife.
She then made the horrific discovery of Fred's body near Harmon and Sheppard Drive. He had been shot several times.
A composite sketch was created.
The suspect is still unknown — 43 years later.
