Recipe for nadan Kadala curry.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Kadala (black chickpeas) - 1 cup= 240 ml measure
1 large Onion/ savala
6-8 cloves Indian garlic
small piece ginger
1-2 green chillies
3 sprigs Curry leaves
1/4 cup Coconut slivers/ thenga kothu
3-4 tbps Coconut oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 Tbsp Coriander pdr
1 Tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
3/4 Tbsp Fennel seed pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
(adjust spices at end)
1--1 1/4 tsp salt
