I really love making these Spotify Wrapped videos and seeing how my taste has changed over the years. This is the 4th year for this series and I'm very excited for the years to come! It is also worth noting that some songs do have the exact same placement in previous years, it isn't a mistake.
Last year I added the "almost made it" category to the beginning of the video, but this year Spotify tracked for a longer period of time and I didn't feel like any song got left out. I also had 101 songs for last year, because one of the songs in my Wrapped playlist got taken down, meaning that all the songs below it moved up one spot and Spotify replaced the 100th spot by adding the song that originally would've been 101st. This year luckily nothing changed.
I've been planning to revive the "100 songs that 2000s' kids grew up with" series as well, I actually have enough material for three more videos, however for the past few years I've been quite busy with university...but I am hoping to get into the groove of making some other videos again.
