Not everyone will understand your journey... and that's okay.
After sharing my decision to leave my 14-year-old cat, Missy, at home while I prepare for my Alaska RV adventure, I received a comment that challenged not only my decision but my character.
Instead of responding with anger, I wanted to share the bigger lesson this experience reminded me of.
As we step into new seasons of life—whether it's retirement, solo travel, following a dream, or answering what we believe God is calling us to do—there will always be people who don't understand our choices.
This video isn't about winning an argument.
It's about making thoughtful decisions, extending grace, and having the courage to keep moving forward even when others disagree.
Whether you agree with my decision or would have chosen differently, I hope this conversation reminds us that every person's journey is unique.
💬 I'd love to hear from you:
Have you ever made a loving decision that someone else completely misunderstood?
Let's encourage one another as we navigate this next chapter together.
❤️ Thanks for watching and for being part of this community.
