Description
Romanian-born and Canada-raised, Anca Gurzu has spent more than a decade covering Europe’s energy and climate transformation. Today she’s building the English-language edition of EU politics publication Contexte from the ground up. A full-circle moment that echoes her early Brussels days at the now-defunct Europolitics, where her career in the city first took shape back in 2012.
In this episode, Anca shares the places that define her Brussels: serene gardens, lakeside reading spots, panoramic viewpoints and a charming animal park.
Places mentioned:
Jean-Felix Hap Park
Abbaye de la Cambre
The Mont des Arts overlook near the Musical Instruments Museum
The petting-zoo in Roodebeek Park in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert
Café Belga, Flagey
