As a father to a boy with Autism, it's been a long journey of ups and downs. My son Chase is 27 now. He is happy and enjoys his hobbies and Special Olympics. He remains mostly non-verbal unless he wants something, doesn't like something, or is scripting. He will require a lifetime of care, financial support and supervision.
