Meet Iah-Onhka-Senha Eneken Tethote, a 17th-century Iroquois Native American renowned for his legendary endurance, strength, speed, and agility as a warrior and hunter. The plaque in this video highlights how he honed his quick reflexes and senses to an astonishing degree, qualities essential for survival and excellence on the lacrosse field.
