The thoughts of Microdac:
I have a theory.
I am repeating myself, but I have to, since I think many people ignored me the first time around, and that’s their choice.
It’s good to have a choice, and even better to act on it, so I am not chastising those who choose to ignore me. Such is life.
But back to my theory.
I think that these caterpillars are here to stay. Some will turn into Monarch butterflies, and if- and that’s a strong if- they survive the winter, their offspring will evolve and become true “Virginian Monarchs”. There’s also the idea that these caterpillars are hybrids. They have learned to make tropical Milkweed their source of sustenance.
Speaking of choices. You may look at these micro videos or not. Either choice is OK by me.
These are the first videos shot with a camera that is new to me. I now have a Blackmagic 6K video camera, thanks to donations from Ron, Melony, and others. 6K and 8K are the future in video production. These videos were shot in 4K because I need better cards to make 6K videos.
