Our rescued animal welfare dog Molly digging a nest to lay down in for the first time in 8 years 💖. We are so happy that she can finally do the things that happy dogs do! If you're thinking about getting a dog PLEASE(!) consider rescuing one from a shelter. These dogs often suffer for years having to sleep in their own feces and attacking eachother constantly because they do not have any space and going crazy because of all the noise caused by hundreds of stressed out dogs herded together in halls. Please don't believe the prejudice that these dogs are hard to care for or anything like that. Molly has been imprisoned for about 7 years and has never been able to touch anything else but concrete with her paws. She was covered in feces and her fur was extremely dreaded. She already gave up on her life not doing anything but hiding in the corner of her cage. Once she came to us she completely turned in the course of a week and is so unbelievably happy! Please remember my words if you consider getting a dog.
