Here's how to do it:
🪑 Sit up tall and drop your right ear toward your right shoulder.
⬇️ Roll your chin down toward your chest and over to your left shoulder.
🔄 Reverse the roll, rolling your chin back toward your chest and over to your right shoulder.
🔁 Repeat until your neck feels loose and mobile. Do 5 to 10 reps.
