Mlindo's Uhambo The Journey opens with ‘Holy Father’ featuring Acatears, Mas Musiq and long time collaborator Howard Gomba a song that is rooted in spiritual vulnerability. ‘This song is a prayer’ Mlindo The Vocalist shares. “In the moment I made it, I was feeling very down. I felt like a lot of bad things were happening to me. I prayed and did everything in my power to change my situation, but it felt like God wasn’t on my side. I felt alone. There was no visible help from above, just silence. Holy Father became a prayer and a complaint all in one. A question to God; Can you see me?” The Visual forms part of Mlindo's Mini- Visual series for the album, telling a story of the road and stories trallvelled by Mlindo and Authentic South Africans through Music.
