Missouri was the first state to put a trigger ban into effect. It was also the first state to reject that ban with the passing of Amendment 3. But that wasn't the end of the story.
Now, GOP lawmakers are pushing another ban and they gave it the same name: Amendment 3.
And they're targeting trans kids to pass it.
