🎹 Behind the Music – Pink Panther Intro (FL Studio)
Many people only hear the finished song...
Today I'd like to show you a tiny part of the creative process behind music production.
In this short example, I recreated the famous Pink Panther intro using only two tracks.
🎵 Step 1: Choosing the right hi-hat.
After that, I added a little reverb to give it more space and atmosphere.
🥁 Next, I set the tempo to 123 BPM.
(The original version is 117 BPM.)
🎹 Then I selected the piano sound, added a few effects, and finally played the famous intro melody.
It may look simple...
But now imagine one of our original Italo Disco or Synthwave productions.
🎼 Dozens of tracks.
🎹 Layer after layer of instruments.
🎤 Vocals recorded many times.
🎚️ Mixing.
🎧 Mastering.
Every finished song represents many hours and days of work before you finally hear the final version.
