Description
Gray roots, damaged ends and thinning hair. That's what prompted Elvy Belknap of Menasha to say she was ready for a shorter hair style! Elvy received this month's Monday Morning Makeover from stylist Josif Wittnik at The Salon Professional Academy in Appleton.
"It's been a dream of mine for this woman I care about to have hair like this and now she does," said Wittnik. "Her hair now looks a lot fuller. Took 20 years off!"
TSPA student Kayla DeGroot applied the new color. Makeup artist and aesthetician Cathy Jo Keeley brightened up her face and gave tips for healthy skin. She encourages women to wash their face every night, not only to remove makeup, but also dirt and toxins from the air. She also suggests getting regular facials from a licensed skin care specialist.
