Description
The MED9 Summit in Split, held on October 7, 2026, was the concluding high-level meeting of the nine southern European Union member states hosted by Croatia.
The meeting brought together heads of state and government from Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, and Slovenia (with Spain represented by its State Secretary following last-minute domestic travel cancellations). They were joined by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Council President António Costa, and special international guests like Crown Prince Al Hussein of Jordan and Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Only two departures are missing from the video, that of Greece which departed literally while setting up and Croatia, the host nation because night fell and there would have been excessive iso noise.
One thing of note is the seeming love for French Trijets when it comes to governmental jets.
