"Meat Loaf: Hits Out of Hell" US VHS Opening And Closing

Had the tape, but the second half was too dirty to catch, so I bought a clean copy off eBay to do this. (Between tapes, I did take a VHS head cleaning tape to the VCR and ran a cleaning segment.)
