Max Holloway says Conor McGregor did not seem like his usual self before their UFC 329 fight.
When asked whether the opening kick caused Conor’s knee injury, Holloway said he was not sure—but revealed that McGregor appeared unusually calm during his walk to the Octagon.
"Even with him walking into the octagon, IT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE THE SAME CONOR.... I thought he would be a little more rowdy, a little more crazy. He looked really calm, super calm."
Max expected McGregor to be louder, wilder, and more aggressive before the fight, but immediately noticed something felt different.
