In this short, you'll learn a powerful mobility drill that targets the upper back, middle back, lats, shoulders, chest, and serratus anterior. Using a contract-relax method, you'll alternate between a deep stretch and an active muscle contraction to help increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and reduce stiffness.
This technique is commonly used to enhance mobility while teaching the muscles to relax into a deeper stretch.
