Maple cream fudge mini tarts or better known as sucre à la crème mini tarts
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup (good quality)
1 cup whipping cream
1tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsps all purpose flour
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1tsp vanilla extract
In a medium size pan combine the sugars, cream, flour, cornstarch whisk and heat until it becomes thick.
Remive from heat, add butter and extract.
Bake 375F 17-20min or until the tart is light brown.
Cool completely
