Hi LOVIES! Thank God for mamas! And this mama is starting the year off in such good energy. I saved space for and showed up for myself this morning through body movement meditation, I grounded my energy in play time with my kiddos, and I cooked a home cooked meal (in what seems like forever) in gratitude of the beeutiful day in this life I choose to live!
