Fun on a BUN!!
The goal was to make a GIANT Fried Chicken Sando!!! The ingredients were a giant homemade bun and my favorite fried chicken fingers!!
This thing was big!! so tall i couldn't get my mouth around it in some places!
Scores:
Big - 9.0 - This was HUUUGE!! i messed up and didn't weigh it. I'm guessing 11 to 12 pounds.
Beautiful - 9.0 - this looked great!! the layers of food, the toasted bun and fried chicken looked awesome. The only think i wish i did better was cut the bun a little more evenly(the top was thinner than the bottom).
Delicious - 9.5 - the taste was insane!! I can't believe I pulled it off. a big bun i hard to get right!
Total Score - 27.5/30 - this rocked. now that I know how to make a giant bun, I'll be making more!! lol
Let me know what i could have done better. More cheese?? try to be kinda nice lol.
