You can make an attractive female character in Oblivion Remaster, but it's not easy. It's never easy in Bethesda games. It was very difficult in the original Oblivion, and it's not easy here, as there's no presets save for just one for each race. Here's some basic settings you can tweak for a female Wood Elf or Dark Elf to give you a good start.
