I've been riding motorcycles on racetracks since 2015, and this was the hottest ride I've ever had! 40°C and the sun was out the whole time.
I tried to fight for P10 into the first chicane, but the rider on the outside closed the door on me, so I decided to ride over the inside curb. I almost lost the front there, which cost me all my momentum and another position.
I tried my best to catch up, but I couldn't close the gap completely. Consistent 1:44 lap times in these temperatures are fine for me.
I also struggled a lot with overheating cameras and vibrations. I'm still not happy with the video quality, but unfortunately helmet cameras aren't allowed.
