Designed as a vertical journey, it choreographs openness and retreat across levels, beginning with a luminous triple-height entrance anchored by water and movement, and ascending into fluid living, intimate family spaces, and a serene rooftop escape. Terraces, gardens, and shaded thresholds soften urban edges, while a central atrium breathes light and air through the core . It is a quiet dialogue between climate, context, and contemporary family life.
