This past year has helped us to remember that we live in a completely breathtaking world full of magic and wonder. Because we could not travel for the last twelve months—like we normally would have—we were able to spend more time with our families enjoying the beauties of the world around us, especially the things we have so close to home. Although we all experienced intense feelings of uncertainty, confusion, and even sadness this past year, we also learned that incredible happiness can easily be just one step away. One call or virtual visit away, One sunset away. One hike, board game, or walk around the block away. The sources that bring real joy are literally everywhere. The world we live in is full of wonder, full of beauty, and full of happiness. From the diversity of people in it to the wonders found in nature. We can experience it when we slow down and take a moment to see past all the negative things that are trying to hide or disguise the good.
We love this quote from Lois Armstrong in 1961 when he was playing for some children in an orphanage in Egypt,
--
“Some of you young folks been saying to me, ‘Hey Pops, what you mean ‘What a wonderful world’? How about all them wars all over the place? You call them wonderful? And how about hunger and pollution? That ain’t so wonderful either.’ Well how about listening to old Pops for a minute.
“Seems to me, it ain’t the world that's so bad but what we're doin' to it. And all I'm saying is, see, what a wonderful world it would be if only we'd give it a chance. Love baby, love. That's the secret, yeah. If lots more of us loved each other, we'd solve lots more problems. And then this world would be a gassuh.”
--
Now, some of you may be asking what in the world is “gassuh”? Well, that is Louis Armstrong jargon for something “definitely of high quality.” We think, that is what this world is, and can be for everyone. We hope you enjoy our version of Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World.”
We love you all. With the world opening up again, go out and experience the love and joy this world has to offer!

LYRICS:
I see trees of green
Red roses too
I see them bloom
For me and you
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world
I see skies of blue
And clouds of white
The bright blessed day
The dark sacred night
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world
The colors of the rainbow
So pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces
Of people going by
I see friends shaking hands
Saying how do you do
They're really saying
I love you
I hear babies cry
I watch them grow
They'll learn much more
Than I'll ever know
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself
What a wonderful world
Ooh, yeah.
