Step 1: Boil water & brew Lipton Extra Bold tea for 4 minutes
Step 2: Add in 1/8 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp sugar
Step 3: Pour tea over ice
Step 4: Add 1 tbsp condensed milk
Step 5: Enjoy!
