Life has been my greatest teacher.
Not because it gave me all the answers, but because it kept showing me the consequences of the choices I was making.
Some lessons came through success.
Others came through mistakes, heartbreak, frustration, anxiety, and having to start again.
The strange thing is that the lessons that changed me the most weren’t the ones I wanted at the time.
They were the ones I resisted.
Looking back, almost every challenge was trying to teach me something I couldn’t yet see.
The older I get, the less interested I am in controlling every outcome and the more interested I am in paying attention to what life is trying to show me.
Sometimes the lesson isn’t to push harder.
Sometimes it’s to slow down, trust yourself, and move in alignment with the life you actually want to live.
