In this Life at 50 vlog, I spent a relaxing weekend in Wilmington, NC, by the beach. It was the perfect little reset filled with good food, ocean air, and a slower pace.
After enjoying a beautiful beach weekend and an amazing dinner, I headed back home to Raleigh, NC, and ended the weekend with a visit to the farmers market. This vlog is all about slowing down, enjoying simple moments, and romanticizing life after 50, one chapter at a time.
Sometimes you do not need a big vacation to feel refreshed. A peaceful weekend, good food, a little sunshine, and time to just be can make all the difference.
