A few weeks back we took Laynie to look at a car that some friends were selling. She loved it and has asked about it almost every day since. We knew we were going to get it for her but we still wanted it to be a surprise. So we kept being vague about it saying things like, "We haven't heard from our friends, you know they travel, so it's been hard to get in touch, blah blah blah..."
I was so excited to pick it up and surprise her when she thought Daddy was just taking her for an after-school tea run. 😍 Her face when she realized..... Priceless!!!
